Continous video recording when plugged into wall outlet

Hi. First post. Haven't bee able to find this question anywhere and I am thinking about buying a few. Part of my decision is can the camera record non-stop video onto a local USB drive when plugged into the wall when inside? Or is it still stuck on only recording when something moves or an audible sound? Thanks for any help!

The Pro2 can record 24/7 with the CVR ( paid ) option... with the ac adapter plugged in.

Only motion activated recording will go to the backup USB speed stick/drive ( and the usb drive is not accessable directly, the drive must be removed and them view outside of prgm with prgm that can read mp4 files )

Thanks for the reply. So there is no way to have CVR on anything but the cloud?

Yes. You can then use 3rd party software to record your screen while viewing CVR but there's no local recording or downloading. You could add a suggestion for this in the Idea Exchange area here and add kudos to existing threads.
