Connection issues with Nest WiFi. Arlo app will load on phone but laptop shows spinning.

I switched routers today to a Nest WiFi mesh system. Now the Arlo app will load on my phone and on my laptop but the video icon just spins when I try to play any of my cameras. The strength indicators for all 4 cameras are showing full signal. Any ideas on what my next step is to resolving this?
