Charging Fault error on Arlo Pro 2. Tried replacing battery. Plugged into solar charger.

I keep getting a charging fault on one of my 4 cameras.  Three of the cameras have solar chargers, but no error on the other 2.  I have replaced the battery with a fully charged one & plugged it back into the solar charger 1 week ago.   Now I have the error again.  Is it the camera or the charger?  I have a warranty on both.  I am at work now & don't have the paperwork with me, it is at home.  I was hoping you could give me some guidance.

If you're experiencing the issue when you removed the battery and plugging it into the Solar Panel, I would suggest to contact the Support Team to further investigate this issue. You will find several options for contacting support in the provided link.
