We changed wi-fi provider and no longer have our previous connection. Trying to get the base station to use the new connection. It is plugged into the new modem but can’t connect. Wondering if it is still using the old connection, which no longer exists. Tried factory reset but that isn’t working. Any suggestions?

The base simply needs a working Ethernet connection to the router and the router needs to allow access to arlo.com. Simply switching routers normally is no problem but if the router has been supplied by the new ISP they may have to make changes in its setup to allow that access. Ports 80, 123 and 443 to arlo.com must be allowed.
What are the base LED(s) showing? The 3 LED versions should have all 3 green while the single LED version should show blue.
