New to home security wireless devices. I thought I followed instructions in order, but still having problems. I scanned qr code from inside box, opened app set account up, clicked "add device" but device cant ever be found. I have the arlo pro 2, Hugh's net internet router. I hook all up like app says but without an y luck! All 3 lights are green on my arlo base station.
