Cannot watch my Pro 2 cameras live on Huawei Android phone

I cannot watch my cameras live from my Huawei Android phone no matter what I do. Hours with Arlo support wasted to no avail. Download, uninstall and redownload several times from the Play store and nada. I can get email alerts and see the video but no moving forward to live on login. I can watch live on my Win10 laptop no problem. I need some serious tech help with this beyond the help from Sri Lanka people.

Try uninstalling the app.

The wipe the cache partition and reinstall the app.

Wipe cache partition

• Turn off the device. Then, press and hold the power button and volume down key simultaneously. Release the buttons as soon as the Huawei logo appears. Use the volume buttons to navigate the menu, go to “wipe cache partition” and confirm with the power key.

The instructions for "Wiping Cache" on the Huawei Mate 9 you provided does not work at all. Nothing you provided works.

Instructions to wipe the cache can vary from device to device. Do a search to find out how to do it on yours. That's what I did and found the above.. There may be a step or 2 that's changed.
