Cannot view recordings in library main page -must filter to see recordings for Arlo Pro 2

Hello,

Has anyone have any issues with their library?  I have troubleshooted for a few hours and ran out of things to do.

 

The wireless (arlo pro2) cameras ARE recording (I thought they were not), but they are not visible in the library main page (showing all cameras).  However, I realized that if I filter on one specific camera, I see recordings.

 

The cameras are recording properly, just not showing up in the library properly.  I wonder if there is a glitch in the "library" of my app?  I uninstalled/re-installed the app and cameras...to no avail.

 

I restarted and reset my arlo base.  Removed/added base and cameras back.  Do not know what else to do.

 

Do you have any suggestions?

Firstly, log into your account in your favorite browser and see if the web client and app are in sync. Secondly, power cycle your base to make sure the firmware is not corrupted.

BTW, what phone are you using and is it Android or IOS?
