Subject and Model are not accepting my info. As far as I can tell, the Arlo Pro 2 model number is VMS4230. My problem is trying to check the status when I am away from home, such as in the parking lot of a shopping center. It brings up the sign-in screen, rather than just showing my screen showing the 2 cameras. When I try to sign in, it tells me I am not connected to the Internet, and it will not sign me in, so I am not able to check anything. Is this a problem with settings on my Android phone? Can anyone suggest what I need to change, so that I can turn cameras on or check them when I am away from home?
