Cannot get Arlo app to discover Base Station. Deleted everything for system change.

I can not get my arlo app to discover the base unit, it used to work fine but I deleted everything as I was going to change systems, internet connection is still the same, have followed instructions but it just continuously days is looking for device , what do I do to fix this problem?

Have you tried a FULL RESET of the base...

( hold in reset for about 10 secs till the leds flash )
