Cannot connect to Pro2 base station

I had the base station set up and working fine. The base station then went offline saying it was not connect to the internet. Blue light was on on the front, have done all resets, disconnecting cables etc again and again. In frustration I removed it from the app. Now cannot reinstall, the app cannot frond the base station. Arlo support is non existent, what’s the solution before it goes back in the box to amazon. I’ve 5 of these systems the others are absolutely fine this one that ia only 22days old is a pin in the backside. HELP

Because we don't know exactly what the problem may be as well as what you've done, start by removing all devices in Settings, My Devices. Hold the reset button on the base until the LED flashes amber. Let the hub reboot. You can check your router to see if the base has an IP address to be sure. Then start fresh.
