Can you use 2 Arlo pro 2 base stations for a camera that is only getting 1bar of Wi-Fi? My other 3 cameras are getting enough range but my one camera is only getting 1 bar. I just bought a Wi-Fi extender and still only 1 bar.....

A wifi range extender will not help you unless you add another base with it. That is what I had to do.
1 bar should be enough strength unless the camera is dropping out. I have 2 base stations and may need to add another base and wifi range extender at the other end of my house when I add more cameras there..
