Models VMC4030P Pro 2 cameras
LIVE VIEW does not load in the Arlo app when we click on the camera to view a live picture/video. This stopped working this week. We can still see videos in our feed but cannot see live video.
We do not have a plan. We bought these years ago and have the free 7-day local storage on our base.
Please help!

Phone or computer? Have you tried both? What phone/OS version (same for computer)? Have you rebooted the phone and reinstalled the app?

I am also having the same problem. I have 5 Arlo Pro 2 cameras and they are all showing offline in app and on the web.

This seems to be a more frequent issue with legacy devices. Worst case you can remove all devices from your account and add them back to see if that helps but there's also the issue that some folks find they can't successfully re-add the devices. YMMV. As part of Arlo's EOL statements, they indicated that while the cameras would continue to work, over time new software (generally to support new hardware and features) could cause the legacy devices to no longer be useful. That may be happening here but I don't know of any way to prove that.

Both phone and computer. We use the app on our phones. Both of us have access to the cameras but LIVE VIEW will not work for either of us.

Are you the primary user (the owner) or are these cameras shared by someone else? Are you using the same login credentials or does each user have their own login? Also, I'm not clear as to whether using the computer does or does not allow live view.

I am the primary user (owner). I do have an additional user on the network but she has her own credentials/ user/pass/login. We are not using the same credentials to login. I'm using the mobile app (mostly) and occasionally use the web.
Both of us experience the same malfunction: We're not able to view the cameras live either on the app or on the web.

I have 3 Pro2 cameras and the identical problem starting about 4 days ago. The cameras are still recording locally and I can view the videos, just no live view. Has to be a software upgrade problem. Unfortunately I am not at home to deal with it and won't be for several weeks.

I do see that bases/hubs had a recent update. Have you tried remotely rebooting the base?
