Can't open iOS app

We have an older Arlo camera system, it’s worked fine for years. Now we can’t open the app!  We still get the camera alerts, Is this the end of life policy or is there another operational issue?  We have never paid a subscription…

Can you still log into my.arlo.com on a PC?
