I have been booted off the system and can not log back in. When I try to it doesn't recognize the device so it states it will send a push notification to verify identity. None of our devices receive this notification. We recently got new iPhones but the cameras were working with them.
We have unplugged the base station and we have also deleted the app and reinstalled it. Nothing has worked. We've tried the same thing on a computer and nothing works.
We are absolutely shut out of our cameras.
Any suggestions???? Thank you.

After the push notification times out, you can choose email verification instead.
It's easiest to use email when you are near a PC, so you can read the code on the PC and enter it on the phone.
Once in, you can trust the phone.
