Hi, I'm having trouble connecting my Smart hub to my network. All three lights are green on the hub, it has an IP address assigned according to my router's app, but the app can never find the hub when trying to initially connect.

I've tried resetting the hub several times following the instructions in the troubleshooting guide, but it still doesn't work. I've also tried resetting my network, resetting my router, using a different ethernet cable to connect the Arlo hub to my router, limiting the network to 2.4 Ghz, and using a different port on my router to connect the Arlo hub. None of this works. No matter what I do, I can't get the hub

Could you please help with connecting my Arlo hub? Thanks!

The two smarthubs are the VMB4540 and VMB5000.  They have one LED, not three.  So you must have an older base/hub.  Can you tell us the model?

Have you tried doing this in a PC browser (my.arlo.com)?
