Can’t get the app to sync to base

Can’t get the app to sync with my arlo 2. It’s brand new out of the box

Same problem. Arlo decided the Base staion was cactus so it's going back to be replaced eventualy.

 

Good luck dealing with ARLO support whether that be via phone or online chat.
