Can't charge my Arlo Pro2 camera battery.

I've used a Netgear AC adapter anda Arlo Outdoor Power Adapter Model# VMA4900 and still not charging.  I'm thinking maybe it's the camera and if it might be what would be the best replacement cause I'm using the Arlo Base Station Model# VMB4000.
