Can not connect with new app

I have the Pro2 1080p camera and audio doorbell. I downloaded new app and it will not connect. I have checked base and it is all green light. I have rebooted both stations and still will not connect. Any suggestions?

Check that you still do see all your devices via the web client (https://my.arlo.com in a PC)

 

If they are present, then try uninstalling the app, and installing it again.

 

If that doesn't work, then I suggest contacting support:  https://www.arlo.com/en-us/support/contact.aspx
