Can I have a token reset?

The Arlo base station shows "offline" status and not able to connect to Google Home App.

Kindly send me a token request. thanks

I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions:How do I connect my Arlo device to Apple HomeKit?

still have this same "offline" from Google Home status. Please advise it.

I apologize this is not the Apple Homekit there is not a token reset for the Google Home. 

Please try the following steps:


1. In the Arlo App, go to Settings > Privacy Center > Partners > Connected Accounts > Remove Google.

2. Go to Settings > Profile > Logout.

3. Try to link Arlo again in your Google Home App.

I followed your instructions steps by steps but unfortunately the same "Arlo offline" jn Google Home.

I repeated twice but same failure. Please help and advise. thanks

Remove Arlo from the Google app. Uninstall and Re-install the Google app and then try to set up Arlo within the Google App again.
