1. You can reduce the motion sensitivity for the entire field of view. 
2. If you have a subscription you can create activity zones.

One workaround which sometimes helps - the camera is more sensitive to motion at the bottom of the field of view than it is to motion at the top.  If the problem is at the bottom of the field of view, you might try inverting the camera (combined with the invert setting in the app) can help.
