Cameras will not turn off after update. Tried removing and adding cameras again.

After the update my cameras will not turn off. Cameras I had turned off will not turn on but still record. I have tried everything from removing and adding cameras again. Really disappointed HELP

We're going to need full details on this one. For starters, have you checked your active mode and verified the rules are correct? Are you using the Armed mode or a custom one? WHat update are you referring to - app, camera or base? Have you rebooted the base as well as rebooted the phone and reinstalled the app?

Settings, My Devices, your camera, On/Off switch or Mode tab, click on your base and choose the Disarmed mode.

I have similar issue. I have my cameras turned completely off and I will hear them triggering the night vision. Camera is off, night vision is also off. This started happening right after the last app update. This is killing my battery life. Any help or direction would be great.
