Cameras stopped recording

My cameras stopped recording video to the cloud on April 14.  I'm assuming it's because I don't have a subscription plan.  But, all I want is the 7-day free cloud recording that came with the camera.  Arlo says that should be still active.  There doesn't seem to be a way to activate it.  But all the entries in the Subscription menu indicate that none of my cameras are participating and that I have No Plan.  Is there a way to turn on my free 7 day cloud recording?

 

Prior to April 14, the cameras recorded to the cloud without fail.  I changed nothing in my setup between April 13 and April 14th.

 

I rebooted the base station, logged in and out and in to my app.

What camera model do you have?

Ok.  The Pro 2 has the free 7-day cloud recording - but the Pro 3 does not.

All cameras started recording again to the cloud on April 17th morning. I didn’t touch any settings since rebooting the base station April 14. Nothing changed or was changed on my Wi-Fi network.
