Cameras stopped recording but still giving movement/sound notifications. Also can’t access manual viewing on any of the cameras since this problem started. I’ve restarted the device, no change.

What device have you restarted, Base, camera?
To reset the base station, try power cycling it.
To reset the pro2 camera, pull the battery for 10sec.
Are the cameras externally powered, pull the power for 30sec.
