Cameras off line, not near location

My Arlo Pros and Pro 2’s say offline for past week. Cannot check because 500 miles from the cameras and base stations. need checked remotely. Tried Arlo chat and they said must buy subscription for help and end of life coming soon. Anyone be able to advise on what I can do. Need cameras on. Can they be checked remotely and if subscription a must for 30 days where and how to get and cost???? Help, thanks, Ed

Not sure how arlo customer support can help you to go home and resync the camera’s.

ANyone you can contact at/near the location that has access to the house? It may be a simple power cycle of the base.
