I added another person to view my cameras but the camera is not showing up on their Arlo app. Why is that? Arlo customer service has been absolutely no help...

2 things:
1) Both users need to see the same user interface (UI). If you see Library to view videos but the other user sees Feed, you need to migrate your account by "installing" either the Pro 5 camera or the security system. Back out of the "install" after the account migrates. However, this means things change, especially around custom modes (you can't have them in the new UI). Plan some time to explore the new UI so things can be set up the way you need.
2) If both users have the same UI, the guest account needs to click on Home near the top of the app and choose the bottom choice. Every user gets a Home location so the guest needs to select yours. I suggest renaming at least your Home so it's obvious which one to use.
