We have an arlo pro 2 camera hooked up on our front porch that is not longer detecting motion. If you log into the app and look at the live view you can see that the camera itself is working fine, but it is not detecting motion autoamatically and sending out notifications. This seems to happen every once in a while when the storage is full, but it doesn't seem like that is happening this time. Any trouble shooting steps would be greatly appresiated! Thanks!

Storage isn't full - there's no limitation.
Is the running man for the camera in the Devices tab black or gray? If gray, it's disarmed. Use the Mode tab, click on your base and make sure the Armed mode is selected. If it's already black, try power cycling the base and see if it works.

Hi, there is no storage limitation for the cloud. They said that it is unlimited. Maybe your camera is no longer detecting motion. Try to powercycle the camera like removing the battery for about 10 seconds then put it back in. If camera is still not detecting motion after you powercycle the camera, you may need to remove the camera from the account, unplug base from outlet for 1 minute, then re-sync camera.
If it is still not working, better call Arlo support for assistance.
