Anyone else has Pro 2 cameras whos micro USB camera port won't keep a solid connection outdoors with solar plug Cord or Oe USB cord & OE charge plug to direct power mine never remain connected & fail constantly even in dry conditions. Also, they constantly disconnect, when connected they always have full signal these have been the hardest cameras ever owned!
Worst is Customer service doesn't have an email contact anymore. It pops up on the website then disappears to the chat option.
Customer service doesn't speak clear American English or your primary language so they are useless also.

Any suggestions before I return several sets of cameras & pay for professional hardwired cameras?

I've looked up & read numerous troubleshooting methods to No avail. Calling speaking to support has failed as well, the conclusion is these items either failed or were defective perhaps poor quality. US-based support doesn't exist & No Email in 2018 is really disappointing especially Netgear
