Cameras Abroad and ARLO secure

I bought cameras to monitor my parents that live abroad (in Brazil, specifically). My father tried to subscribe to Arlo Secure but there are no option to do so from Brazil. Is there a way I can subscribe from the USA?

Some people have created the account using a VPN that terminates in the US (or some other country where Arlo has a subscription).  I've never needed to try that myself, but it is possibly an option for you.
