Camera works fine on live feed but when motion is detected, nothing is recorded?

It looks like other people have had this issue before. I have an Arlo 2 with two cameras. My cameras are working fine on live feed but when motion is detected, nothing is recorded. Is this an issue that can only be solved by calling customer support?

First check to see what your active mode is. If it's set to the Disarmed mode, nothing will be recorded.

Both cameras are armed. I double-checked to make sure the "arm all devices" is still set and it is.

Try removing and resyncing them.

Had this trouble as well. Yes, it can become frustrating. Here is what I found in my experience. It took me a while of thinking to understand what might have changed, as I too noticed my camera's would not record anything but you could look at 'live.' I remember we recently had our internet connection/speed looked at by provider and they made some changes. I ended up rebooting the base station, disconnecting my router, and re-syncing my cameras to the base. It actually wasn't until I removed the batteries in my two cameras for a few seconds and then reinserted. Voila! they started recording again. Hope this helps someone with similar trouble as I look to this community for several items as well. Good luck
