Camera worked fine till I had to recharge. Keep getting blue light followed by red/orange light.

My camera was working fine till I had to take it in to recharge the battery. Plugged it in and it would not charge kept getting a blue light followed by a red/orange light. I took a working battery out of one of my other working cameras and put it in the broken camera and it still would not charge. I have removed the camera from my app and followed the instructions to re-sync it and the camera can not be found.  All my other cameras are still working fine.  Any ideas of what could be wrong or where you can take these cameras to be fixed.  It stopped working at 1.5 yrs old.

Some folks have damaged the cable between the USB port and battery which has caused this. If this is the issue, all you can do is charge the battery in another camera or buy the external charger (and maybe an extra battery so you don't have to wait for the battery to charge).
