I have 3 cameras. one is at the front of our house and looks at our drive. This is also using the CVR feature. I am seeing periods of recordings which are missing or just blank in the CVR.

 

I also had a recording this morning where somone  was walking onto the drive, they start to walk upto the house and then vanishes! It looks like the camera just stops working for a second or two then carries on. I have downloaded the video of this to make sure im not going mad.

 

im concerned as the camera seems to be missing motion, or just not recording it. The live picture works fine and i have tried rebooting, upgrading etc. it does record most of the time, however i have a seen a few times when it doesnt.

 

I have seen this sort of thing a few times now. However the other cameras seem ok.

 

Also can anyone else actually email arlo support? whenever i try on (on different browsers aswell). whenever i click submit it just gives me a error "something went wrong, contact supprt). which is helpful

Any other and you'll prob be at a fake site that wants to charge.

Then try the chat or phone options.

thanks.... (i wont bother with the chat, takes forever to connect)
