Camera keeps saying to charge the battery

Please could you help us with a problem. Our ‘living room’ camera will not work, it keeps displaying ‘it’s time to charge your battery’ (on the app), even though the battery IS charged, we know this because the battery works in the other cameras (& displays 100%), and other charged batteries do not work in the living room camera. Please help.

If you swapped bateries and the camera still doesn't function...

1) use Remove device and then attempt to bring that camera back as if new ( sync )

2) it may be a bad camera, if so contact Arlo support for possible warranty

Hi thankyou for your reply. We removed the device, then reconnected with the sync buttons. After plugging in the charger, the camera firmware updated itself, and I am delighted to say it worked. Thankyou so much for your suggestion.
