Just received my Pro 2 system replacing my original Arlo system which isn't supported anymore. The first camera I put up won't focus. The whole video is blurry. I have tried ALL suggestions found in the support pages and nothing worked. 

I was really hesitant to buy another Arlo system because of the problems I started having with my original system and the lack of support for it, but because of its age I decided to bite the bullet again and get a newer system. Right out the box I'm having problems. I am really tempted to send it back.

Could be a defective cameras. Return to seller.

So that's exactly what happened. They sent me a replacement and things are working fine now.
