Camera is off line

My camera is offline. When I take the battery out for ten seconds and reinsert the battery the camera blue light blinks slowly. Then a solid amber light with a audio sound and shuts off.

Have you tried another battery, try externally powering using the arlo charger and cable.
If the battery has fully discharged you may be able to reprime it by unplugging an replugging the charger a number of times.
