I can not figure out why cameras go offline.. The power did go out due to storm earlier today . internet is fine and the base station is showing green lights only for first 2 lights.. The camera indicator light is not green. I think the battery charge is 42% and 51% (2 cameras). I tried to hit sync button on base and the 3rd light was flashing green during the sync but ultimately it did not stay lit..It has been off for hours...

Hi phyllismarks452,
If the camera indicator is not on, it looks like your camera is not detected. Make sure that your cameras are not too far from your Base Station and make sure to press the sync button (not hold).
You can read here how to troubleshoot if your Arlo camera is not syncing with your Base Station: My Arlo camera will not sync with my SmartHub or base station; how can I troubleshoot it?
