Camera had several days of alerts. Will activate and record but no movement/sound. Turned mic off.

one of my cameras has had several days of false alerts.
The camera will activate,, record, but there's no movement or sound. I even turned the microphone off.
It's happening over a dozen times a day.
Any idea why? And how to prevent/fix it?

It may be that the sun's position has changed sufficiently over the course of the seasons that you're getting reflected IR which is creating false triggers. Changing the camera's position to avoid having trees/bushes/branches/leaves in the view may help as well as reducing the motion sensitivity in your modes and rules. Creating a custom mode for this reduced sensitivity may be useful which would allow you to use the schedule to switch between high and lower sensitivity modes automatically.
