Camera failed after 18 months use. Unable to get it repaired.

Bought these cameras in November 2018 and one has stopped working completely.
Tried everything on the Arlo community site without success.
You cannot get the camera repaired, so the only option is to buy a replacement for another £200.
I’ll just let the other cameras fail one by one and then buy another system, as these are not worth the money.

you might try to obtain one on like ebay as used... a lot cheaper

You've never had a TV or other relatively expensive electronic device fail out of warranty and tried to get it repaired? You're lucky. Consumer electronic devices generally aren't designed to be repaired and even if you can find someone to do it the cost is likely to be as much or more than the new one to replace it.
