Camera exploded and shot off the wall

Switched a dead battery for a charged battery, moments later it exploded and shot off the wall in a ball of flame, just missing an employee. Seconds after it hit the ground, it exploded again. Attached is documentation. We also have video. Can someone contact us? shakataconc@gmail.com
