Camera captures image too late. Image only recorded when person is leaving. 20 feet away.

The camera is aimed to capture the length of our courtyard where a person has to open a gate about 20 feet away from the camera, and walk towards the camera.  The image is only recorded as the person is leaving, not approacting rendering the recording useless for identy purposes.

Straight on is more difficult to do... If that the only shot you have it may be an issue. I had to move a cam away from my door to face it....getting pics at door and good faces when leaving.

ps, some have placed the  cam upside down ( flip pic in app) as the pir device acts differently when flipped
