Camera Is Not Recording & Detecting Motion On My Phone

Have two camera the first one that had someone setup is workin fine but the second one is not recording or detecting motion. I have tried to do the motion test but the LED light will not show up. The problem is on my phone, i used a huawei

Does this camera show up in your list of devices? have you tried to reboot the base station?
