CVR won't load, motion clips not recording

We wired one of the Arlo Pro 2 cameras and subscribed for CVR recordings.
Today there's a clip I wanted to save today, but no clip was saved in the timeline.
When I go to view the timeline it just won't load. 10 minutes, and still nothing. Did it even record? We tried on two different desktop computers and two different mobile devices with the same results. It's a huge waste of time and a huge source of frustration, because we have these cameras for safety reasons. I have no idea what it is that's supposed to be recorded because I"m not able to see the timeline that I'm paying a monthly subscription for.
This system has been a huge disappointment and regret for us, because we've had nothing but trouble and have never been able to get through to customer support to talk to someone. Here's hoping someone will actually respond, because we're about ready to rip them out of the mounts and light them on fire. OH, did I mention cancelling my subscription? There's no point paying for something that I don't have access to!
