Bought arlo pro 2, 2 camera kit. One of the cameras video quality is horrible

Just set up the 2 camera kit. One of the camera's video is substantially poorer. It's actually worse than the regular pro camera. Very blury and looks like it's taken from an old flip phone's VGA camera.

What is the quality setting - Best, Optimized or Battery Saving? Have you tried cleaning the lens?

Both on "best" setting and lens is clean.

What firmware version is the camera that has the issue running? Is it the latest?

Yes, just checked. Both camera and base are on the latest firmware... Would it be easier to exchange the whole kit back to Amazon then go thru warranty? I just got this this week.

Could be but first, did you remove the plastic over the lens?
