Bought 4 camera pack but only activating 3 cameras saying we need monthly subscription?

We just bought the 4 camera pack and it is only letting us activate 3 cameras. It says we need a monthly subscription, which we do not want. We do have another 2 camera hub at a different location. We used our existing account to add this new hub. Should we have 2 separate accounts to be able at activate this 4th camera since the information we are seeing says you can add up to 5 cameras with no monthly subscription.

Yes.  The 5 camera limit for free storage is per account, not per base.

 

You can then use grant access to give you notifications, live streaming, and access to shared footage from all cameras from either account.
