not a very happy camper, both my systems reset to default settings several times a day.
they never capture footage of what they need to. and never work when i'm away from home!!!!!! when they are to be working and doing there job!!!!
very very frustrated at this point i'm not sure what to think

Hi BB117,
When you mention that your systems are resetting to default settings several days a week, have you tried to reboot your Base Station to see if that helps or try unplugging and replugging in to the outlet?
