Battery says 100% all the time

So, I have the Arlo Pro 2 (2 cameras).  All was well but just recently, after charging both, they have been both running 48hrs with recording video and they both say 100% all the time.  I charge them right on the camera.  I notice when I plug them in they say 99% but when I remove they are back to 100% and don't change.  I've removed the batteries, removed the camera and base station from app to no avail.  It also says the same thing on the web so it's not the app.   I saw another user had the same issue and but the resolution wasn't posted.  Anyone have this issue and can anyone share a fix?  Thx.

Don’t know if this applies to you or not but are you charging with the charge tube ?

if you do batteries get a true 100% charge where if they’re charged in the camera they only get 80% so 100% will show a lot longer
