Battery is stuck on 0% and wont' charge. Other battery charges fine.

Hello,
My battery is stuck on 0% and won’t charge, other battery charges fine but this shows the charging indicator but it stays on zero, if you unplug the cable it stops working, tried canble in battery in and out still the same, any ideas?

Have you swapped batteries around? There's also an FAQ here on how to revive a dead battery - it's something like plugging it in 6x to get enough charge to be able to fully charge. I always charge mine at ~15% to eliminate the problem.

Yes I have swapped batteries and they charge fine. What is the process to revive dead battery?
