Battery is not working - Can't sync camera

One of the cameras stopped working, tried chaging it, rebooting it etc. It would not sync.

Swapped the battery with a working camera and the fault swapped over, so its a faulty battery.

I only bought the system in August this year so would be expecting to have no issues.

How can I get a replacement battery?

Have you read the FAQ here on how to try to revive a totally dead battery? Are you aware of the 1 year warranty on all Arlo hardware which you invoke by contacting support, using the link at the bottom here?
