Battery drain & Sync issue

Hello,

I’ve bought two cameras arlo pro 2. I only connected and used one of them. During months no problems. Then some battery issues but since a couple of weeks camera appeared as being without battery.  Even after recharging the camera continued being uncharged on the Arlo software.  Decided to Un-synch the camera to see if it would solve the issue. But was unable to get it synchronised. Decided to use the 2nd camera (never used) to see if it works and could not synch it either. Thought that issue may come from the battery , changed the battery but outcome is the same, impossible to synch.  

 

Did one of you have the same issue.
