I have 4 cameras installed for less than a week. Yesterday one stopped working. I brought it in to resync it and according to the diagnositics info the battery needs replacing - it flashed amber when back of camera is opened and then closed. I called a support number and described the issue and was then asked to log on to my computer and allow the 'technician' access to my computer. In this day of scams I was a bit leary to let somone from a call center have access to the computer. He said the problem could be the internet. Is this normal procedure? I was expecting to be provided with a new battery.
