Batteries Won't Recharge

It hasn't even been quite 6 months and can't get several of the batteries to recharge. Is this an issue with everyone? How do I get different batteries???

Are you using the originally supplied charger and USB cable?

It's a dual voltage unit required for charging these batteries.

I have many cameras and batteries and no problems charging any of them.
